Terms of sale

By placing an order you are buying from Golden Nook as an individual seller. Title and risk pass when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.

• Prices are in US dollars unless checkout shows another currency.
• An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund if we cannot ship.
• We are not Amazon. Delivery windows above are estimates, not a guaranteed date.
• Do not use products for anything other than their stated pet-comfort purpose. Follow size guidance. We are not liable for misuse.
