Our Story

It started with a water bowl.

Another late night, another long day. Keys in the door, bag on the floor, and there they were: waiting by the door like they'd been waiting all day. Because they had.

And then we saw the bowl. Half-empty. A little dusty. Probably sitting there since the morning rush.

It's a small thing. But anyone who loves an animal knows that feeling: the quiet guilt of I'm doing my best, and it still doesn't feel like enough!!

We live where most of our customers live: small homes, long hours, tiny kitchens, neighbours on the other side of the wall. We didn't want a smarter house. We just wanted our pets to have fresh water while we were stuck at work. Dinner on time, even when the train was late. A litter box that didn't become the first job of every evening.

So we started looking for things that genuinely helped. Not gadgets that look clever in an ad, but the quiet, reliable kind that fit on a small floor, are easy to clean, and don't wake anyone at 3am.

That's Pet R Tech.

We're a small, independent shop, not a big brand. Every product here is one we'd be happy to have in our own home. We keep the packaging simple so the price stays fair, we tell you honestly what each product does (and what it doesn't), and when you message us, a real person answers.

Because the goal was never the technology.

The goal is the moment you come home tired, and instead of a to-do list, there's just your pet. Fed, watered, happy to see you. And you get to just be with them.
