Terms of sale

By placing an order you are buying from Golden Nook as an individual seller. Title and risk pass when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.

Prices are in US dollars unless checkout shows another currency.
An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund if we cannot ship.
We are not Amazon. Delivery windows above are estimates, not a guaranteed date.
Do not use products for anything other than their stated pet-comfort purpose. Follow size guidance. We are not liable for misuse.
