Shipping policy

Shipping

Processing is usually 2–5 business days after you order. Transit starts after dispatch.

Hong Kong

Standard, tracked. Usually 2–7 business days after dispatch. No VAT or general duty on typical goods into Hong Kong.

The checkout rate is a holding figure until we lock a live quote from our fulfillment partner. We will update it before taking live orders.

United States

Standard, tracked. Usually 8–18 business days after dispatch. Not next-day. We aim to use a duty-included method so you are not billed extra at the door.

US$8, free over US$70.

Other countries

We ship elsewhere. Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.

If a parcel is late or lost

Email us. After 10 quiet days we chase the carrier or replace the order. Petrtech remains responsible to you.
